Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Please see the estimated shipping times for specific locations below.

- For products with personalized information: For items where customers can request personalized details such as names, logos, added or removed details, and patterns, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the error is on our part (for example, the product size does not match the size chart description, or the personalized information does not match the customer's order details).
