Shipping Policy

 

Our products are made to order. We begin the design, printing, and production process only after your payment has been received. This process typically takes 4–7 business days. Delivery times will differ based on your location.

 Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to help you track its progress. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your items are in transit, any delays are out of our control. Refer to the estimated shipping times for specific locations listed below.

 The time frame mentioned above applies only to orders using standard shipping methods.

• Most orders are processed and shipped within the given time frame, but this is only an estimate; some items and orders may take longer to ship and deliver.
• Due to unexpected delays from our suppliers or delivery companies, deliveries might be slightly delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will notify you via email in such cases to find the best solutions.
• Holiday shipping: During peak seasons, your order may arrive later than expected. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope for your understanding.
• International orders: If orders must go through customs, additional days may be required. We have no control over the customs process and apologize for any delays caused by it.
• Shipping times do not include the preparation time required before your order is shipped.

 

Incorrect Address

 -          Please make sure to provide the correct address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 -          You have 12 hours after placing your order to update your information. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. Any items returned to us will be donated immediately.
