Returns Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Usage: Products should not have been washed or used.
Exchanges and Refunds
- For Non-Personalized Products:
- Products without customized names or numbers can be exchanged for items of equal value or returned for a refund.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for any returns or exchanges.
- For Personalized Products:
- For items with personalized details such as names, logos, added or removed elements, and patterns, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the error is on our part (e.g., the product size does not match the size chart description, or the personalized information does not match the order details).
- Please review the product size chart carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size choices for personalized products.
- If the product you received has personalized information that does not match the details you provided, please contact us with a photo clearly showing the error. For products that do not match the size chart description, provide a photo of the product laid flat with a measuring tape indicating the dimensions that differ from the size chart. This will help our production department identify the errors and process a replacement or refund for you.
Returning Your Purchase

- Processing: Once we receive your returned parcel, our fulfillment center will inspect it (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
- Refund: If the returned item meets the criteria, your refund will be processed promptly. However, the time for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
