At FUNSTUFFPRINT, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely pleased, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please review the conditions and guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging, with all original tags still attached.

  • Usage: Products must not have been washed, worn, or used in any way.


Exchanges and Refunds

Our policy on exchanges and refunds differs based on whether your product is personalized or not:

For Non-Personalized Products:

  • Products without custom names, numbers, or unique design elements can be exchanged for an item of equal value or returned for a full refund.

  • If you choose an exchange for an item that is more expensive, you'll be responsible for paying the price difference.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges for non-personalized items.

For Personalized Products:

  • Due to the unique, custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products (e.g., items with custom names, logos, added/removed elements, or specific patterns) unless the error is on our part.

  • Errors on our part include instances where:

    • The product size does not match our size chart description.

    • The personalized information on the product does not match the details you provided in your order.

  • Please review the product size chart very carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect size choices made by customers for personalized products.

  • If you believe there's an error on our part:

    • For incorrect personalized information, please contact us with a clear photo showing the error (e.g., wrong spelling).

    • For products that do not match the size chart, please provide a photo of the product laid flat with a measuring tape clearly indicating the dimensions that differ from our size chart.

  • This photographic evidence is essential for our production department to identify errors and process a suitable replacement or refund for you promptly.


How to Return Your Purchase

To initiate a return or exchange:
