Why is my payment still pending after I have paid?
- Pending Payment: The payment might not have been processed successfully. Once the payment is received, the order status will change to 'Paid.' If the payment has been deducted but the order status remains 'Pending,' contact us via email for assistance.
How secure is my payment?
- Secure Methods: We use secure online payment methods. For Visa and MasterCard, we employ 3-D Secure technology (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code) to protect against unauthorized card use. When paying by credit card, a new window will request your personal security code, and your financial institution will authenticate the transaction.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
