Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, FUNSTUFFPRINT offers international shipping! We're delighted to make our products available to customers worldwide. In the rare event that we cannot deliver to your specific area due to shipping restrictions, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For Products Without Personalization: You can request an exchange for an item of equal value or return the item for a refund. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping fees for these returns or exchanges.
For Personalized Products: Due to their unique nature, items with personalized details (e.g., names, logos, custom additions, or specific patterns) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the error is on our part. This includes instances where the product size doesn't match our provided size chart or the personalized information doesn't match your order details.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will swiftly investigate to locate your shipment and resolve any issues.
Damages and Issues upon Arrival
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive incorrect items, contact us right away. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it without hesitation. To expedite the replacement process, please take a clear photo of the damaged item and email it to us at info@funstuffprint.com. After reviewing the image, we will arrange for a suitable solution or a prompt replacement.
What if I provided the wrong address, but my item has already shipped?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize there's an error before your order ships, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it, though it's not guaranteed. If the mistake is discovered after shipment, we consider it the customer's responsibility, and a refund cannot be issued. We strongly advise you to double-check your shipping details and contact us right away if any changes are needed before dispatch.
What if my tracking shows "delivered," but I have not received my order?
Once delivery is confirmed by the tracking information, FUNSTUFFPRINT cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing packages. This emphasizes the importance of using a secure and reliable delivery address to ensure your item arrives safely. Please ensure the address you provide is appropriate to prevent any delivery complications.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility: You can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped and your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Steps: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via phone, email, or live chat. Provide your order number, name, and the reason for cancellation. Our representative will assist you and confirm your request.
Refunds for Cancellations: If your cancellation is approved within the eligible timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that certain charges, such as shipping fees, taxes, or processing charges (up to 5% of the order value), may not be refundable. While we process refunds quickly, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank.
